Who We're Looking For

Experienced caregivers and personal support workers.
Educational assistants.
University and college students in nursing, education, social work, kinesiology and related programs.
Individuals with experience supporting adults, seniors or persons with disabilities.

What We Look For

1. A genuine, patient and respectful approach to supporting others.
2. Reliable attendance and clear communication.

3. A clear criminal record check, including Vulnerable Sector Check.

4. Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle — an asset.

5. Current First Aid/CPR — an asset

Colbecca provides non-medical support only, no nursing or clinical tasks are part of these roles.
