Colbecca Care Partners provides personalized, non-medical home, respite, and community support for adults with diverse needs, including people living with disabilities and older adults. We proudly serve Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and surrounding communities.

OUR STORY
Colbecca Care Partners was created from a simple belief: everyone deserves support that respects who they are, how they live, and what matters to them.
We saw an opportunity to provide a more personal approach to non-medical home, respite, and community support — one built around meaningful relationships, consistency, and genuine connection.
Today, we support adults with diverse needs, including adults with disabilities and seniors, with services shaped around each person’s routines, preferences, goals, and independence.
As a locally owned, family-focused company, we believe quality care starts with listening, building trust, and treating every person with dignity and respect.

OUR STORY

Colbecca was created after seeing how often families struggle to find non-medical support that is consistent, respectful, and genuinely person-centred. Too many families were offered rotating caregivers, rushed visits, and little communication.
We started Colbecca to do it differently: fewer, better-matched caregivers, clear communication with families, and care plans shaped around the person — not around a schedule.
As a local, family-owned company, we live and work in the same communities we serve. That accountability shapes every decision we make.

Collins brings a professional background in health and safety, quality management and continuous improvement. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with advanced occupational health and safety qualifications, he brings a structured approach to quality, risk management and consistent service.
He helps ensure Colbecca grows with strong systems, accountability and high standards of care.

Rebecca brings more than a decade of experience as an educator, along with experience providing respite support to individuals with disabilities and their families.
She helps shape Colbecca’s person-centred approach, emphasizing patience, communication, independence, and respect for each individual’s choices, routines and goals.

We lead with kindness, patience and understanding. We take time to listen, build trust and support each person with genuine care.

We honour each person’s choices, routines, privacy and independence. Everyone deserves dignity and a voice in their own care.

We uphold high standards through careful hiring, thoughtful matching and continuous improvement.

We do what is right. Honest communication, accountability and reliability guide how we support our clients, families and team
We grow only as quickly as we can maintain the quality of our support. That means carefully selecting caregivers, thoughtfully matching them with clients and staying closely involved after services begin.

If someone’s needs fall outside our scope, we’ll be transparent and, where possible, help point the family toward a more appropriate resource.
Colbecca is locally owned and operated, which means decisions are made close to the people and communities we serve, with a personal commitment to quality and dependable support.

Good support doesn’t happen in isolation. With the client’s consent, Colbecca can communicate and collaborate with family members and other professionals involved in their support, such as social workers, case managers, therapists and healthcare providers.
Our role remains non-medical, but working together helps caregivers better understand the person’s routines, preferences, goals and support needs—creating greater consistency across their circle of support.
