What's Included
Every Colbecca engagement begins with a free consultation. We meet with you and your family, understand the situation, and build a care plan and schedule that fits. Our hourly rate covers the caregiver, supervision, scheduling and ongoing communication with your family.
2-Hour Minimum
Each visit is scheduled for a minimum of two hours so care is never rushed.
No Weekend Premium
Saturday and Sunday visits are billed at the same standard hourly rate.
Statutory Holiday
Care provided on statutory holidays is billed at time-and-a-half.
Mileage
When driving is part of the visit, mileage is billed at $0.60 per kilometre.
Longer or more complex support needs are quoted during your consultation so you'll always know the cost before care begins. Colbecca provides non-medical support only.
